Hallelujah!!! More Progress!!!

As we start chelation round #52, my year has just been made. Sam rode his bike down the driveway by himself and used the brakes to stop himself before he got to the street. He also said "Hello" and "Bye" this week appropriately, several times.
Not bad for a boy diagnosed as a vegetable, huh? Pretty good for a kid who would never be able to learn anything and should have been stuck in an institution by now. I saw the athleticism in my son when he was very young. For a long time, I thought he had no hope of realizing his potential. What a scumbag I would be if I had not spent every waking moment trying to learn how to give him back what mercury had taken from him.
Am I obsessed? Am I perseverating as my friends from Neurodiversity would say? You bet your life I am. I'm not going to let the Medical Profession's malpractice throw my son on the trash heap of humanity. It has cost a lot to get this far, not in terms of money but in many other ways that I won't go into. Today, it proved to all be worth it.
A severely autistic ten year old taught himself to ride a bike. Nobody helped him, we just watched, and guided him safely for awhile when he asked for our help. No pushing, no ABA, just a very athletic child starting to achieve what nature intended for him with the help of freeing his brain from the torturous destruction by mercury.
All of you psychopathic idiots who rant against curing autism can go straight to Hell. If you wish to rethink your idiotic, child abusing philosophy, call me. I'll be happy to help you help your children (603)434-3928.
YEAH!!!!! THANK YOU ANDY CUTLER!!!!!!!!!

Jonsmum;
Thanks for your kind words. Let's hope he reverts to normal so he can be proud of himself.

John Best said...

He looked a little unsure of himself when he first took off and the driveway's old and bumpy so that seems normal to me. But he had a smile on his face. When I held my hand up to give him a high five he gave me a big smile and a good hard slap.
Parents who listen to their doctors tell them chelation won't work never get to share that joy of accomplishment with their kid. I wonder what it will take before doctors start getting sued for giving this bad advice.

That's great news John ...good for you and your son!

I was recently told by a therapist, that the reason we are putting our son through all of these treatments is because we are in denial of his autism diagnosis.

What the Fu__?

What kind of psycho babble is that?

She is lucky that I am not being sentenced right now to 25 years to life in prison for stomping her guts out right there on the spot!

Hi there:)

How wonderful to hear your Sam is bike riding! Go Sam!

I have been thinking of trying to teach my son to ride as well. He is 5 years old and can't pedal a trike forward yet, he doesn't get it.

I love your blog, it's nice to meet you:)

The thing is, if some people on the ASD can only live life this way, and have done so for 20-30 (whatever) amount of years, what gives you the right to say ALL autism must be cured?
Yes autism at its worst obviously needs a cure, not one person doubts that, but if someone diagnosed autistic, aspergers, or ANYTHING decides they do not want help, who are you to decide they need it?

John Best said...

Kevin C;
THanks. Yuh, that therapist's parents sent him, her or it to school because they were in denial about their child's lack of education. Too bad the pseudoscience of psychobabbling can't teach anyone common sense.
Is your son responding to treatments?

John Best said...

Anon;
It's too bad these adults got so used to their handicap bafore a cure was available. If it had been available when these people were minors, all decent parents would have opted for helping their children.
Your thinking is akin to the golfer who slices every shot to the right, so he always aims to the left instead of learning how to hit the ball straight. It is the lazy man's approach to life.

Another mother and I tried to tell one mother we know of a five year old autistic child about the harmful effects of vaccinations and she said, "Well, my doctor said it was fine and that all this talk of vaccinations causing autism is a bunch of bunk." I asked her if she really believed anything he said and she said did. Some people are completely ignorant. She went and boostered him and now he is even worse. What a complete fool she is.

Anonymous said...

And what are they up to now, something like 43 vaccines by the time a child is three years old? Just absolutely disgusting. They just keep boostering and causing more and more problems. As the old saying goes, I wish I had known then what I know now. The last people I have faith in anymore are doctors and people are foolish if they think they are getting accurate information from them regarding vaccines.

Anonymous said...

One family I know has a severely autistic child with mitochondrial issues also. Although they know all about the dangers of vaccines, they continue to give this child flu shots and boosters because the doctor convinces them the child is at risk because he has these issues. I have tried to explain to them that it's a vicious cyle. He has issues because they keep vaccinating him. The vaccinations aren't protecting him, they continually make him worse. This child is now so bad I'm sure he's headed for residential. Additionally, his health has been completely destroyed. I just watch him decline after each set of vaccines. These parents are unbelievably stupid and I no longer will even speak to them.

"These parents are unbelievably stupid and I no longer will even speak to them."
I think the vast majority of parents who are helping their kids by learning the truth about mercury are extremely intelligent. Unfortunately, the rest of the population who spend their lives watching TV don't have the brains to think for themselves. They believe everything their doctors tell them.
I've been having a discussion on another board with someone who reminds me of Edith Bunker, hopeless. If we could find a way to put this information on soap operas or Oprah, they might learn something and help their kids.
Then we have neurodiversity who takes IQ tests invented by some con man that makes them think they're a lot more intelligent then they really are. It's laughable.

Maybe if Dr. Phil did a show regarding vaccine dangers Mom26children would actually see it. By the way, she continues to post on how wonderful she is because she does nothing for her children.

Anon;
Trying to talk sense to Mom26 or Soapbox mom is like talking to crack addicts who were Grammar school dropouts.

John Best said...

Kevin; It's great to hear about progress. Congratulations! Are you using ALA? MB-12?
I don't do challenge tests. I just watch him closely for little changes.

John Best said...

It's a local board. I'm not posting it here so the nitwits can join in.

John Best said...

Jonsmum;
"If jonsmum or anybody else wants to believe thimerosal causes autism they are free to do so but start trying to convince the rest of the world and we have a problem." from NM
That says it all from their wacked out viewpoint. They don't want us teaching other parents how to help their kids. They'd rather defend the drug companies who caused the epidemic by having Kathleen and Kev do their character assassinations on the esteemed scientists who help children. Of course, they have to call parents of cured kids liars because that is their last resort. What a bunch of scumbags.

Jennifer said...

John,

I haven't posted here for so long, but I have to say that I am so pleased for you, and for Sam. I can hear that pride showing through, and I want you to know that this is a wonderful thing. Please keep it up! I am sure that your new found happiness in your child's progress can only do both him and you good.

But, but, but - how can you be sure it is chelation and not maturity?

John Best said...

Jennifer; Thank you. Chelation won't do anything to cure genetic conditions like fragile X or Down's Syndrome. You don't mature out of these type of things. The autism we know is temporary brain damage caused by mercury preventing methylation. Some methylation must be taking place thanks to the reduced mercury. I've noticed constant minor changes over two years that were not noteworthy by themselves. This sudden step towards normalcy is reported by many people about round 34 of chelation. While I have done 52 rounds, 15 or 20 of them have been aborted early so it sort of fits in with what other people have been finding.
People looking to disprove chelation can question it but they can't deny it.

John Best said...

Sue; Where did this exchange with you, Mouse and NM all take place?

John Best said...

Sue; I vaguely remember that post. Mouse is really going over the edge lately. He/she it has been losing it regularly on ABFH's blog.

AwalkOnWater said...

"Are you using ALA? MB-12?"

We use Lipoic Acid. What is the difference between ALA and LA? I understood LA to be just an anti-oxidant.

As far as MB-12, we tried them about a year ago and did not see any change. We just started using MB-12 injections again and we definitely see a difference this time.

" Kevin Champagne thinks you're unable to stay on topic."

I supposedly said that about Sue M? No, I didn't say that. Mouse sounds like she is coo-coo just like Camille!

John Best said...

KC;
"What is the difference between ALA and LA? I understood LA to be just an anti-oxidant."
Maybe it's the same thing, Alpha Lipoic Acid(ALA) is the only thing that can pass through the Blood Brain Barrier. I used it with DMSA for awhile. Now I just use ALA for chelation.

Anonymous said...

What kind of schedule are you on for the ALA? Three days on four days off or something different? Wondering why you stopped the DMSA. I am currently using both. Did your son have problems with the DMSA? Thanks.

Anonymous said...

People like Mom26children are so hypocritical. She condemns parents for trying biomedical interventions, yet she advertises her children like they are a circus act. Now she's telling people, if you're ever in Austin come see my family and watch our autistic lifestyle. Clearly she is the one exploiting her children, not parents trying different interventions. One can't help but wonder if "Mom" herself is desperate for some sort of attention and fame by constantly talking about her newspaper write ups and how everybody knows who they are. She is pathetic.

John Best said...

Anon;
I use ALA every 3 hours in the day and every four hours at night, 3 days on and 11 off. I used DMSA for a year and a half and stopped because all of Sam's physical problems were long gone.
Andy Cutler says that ALA is the only essential thing. I cut down on supplements since I figured the DMSA would not be pulling out good minerals with the bad. I stopped using Supernuthera a few months ago and he's doing fine without it.

Anonymous said...

Do you purchase your ALA from Kirkman's or do you find the brand doesn't really matter? I also buy ALA from Vitamin Research Products since I order from them too.

John Best said...

I used two different brands of ALA off the shelf from the pharmacy, $5 or $6 a bottle and I didn't see any difference between the two. What's VRP charge?

Anonymous said...

Vitamin Research Products charges $11.95 for 100 mg. for a 60 count bottle. How many milligrams do you use per dosage? They also sell something called (R)-Lipoic Acid which is suppose to be better than ALA. It is more expensive.

John Best said...

Anon;
You're paying twice as much as the pharmacy brand. Not sure about R-ALA. There is a time release ALA but you still have to dose with it every 3 or 4 hours. Check on Autism-Mercury and you'll probably find the answer.
I use 33mg per dose for a 105 pound kid. I started with 10mg and worked my way up.

John Best said...

I put the link to this post on Orac's blog and not one of them made a comment. Usually they jump all over me. I guess all they could have done was claim I was lying.

John Best said...

They're probably out shopping for ALA and they'll admit how wrong they were later.

Anonymous said...

I'm so happy for me, I mean, you John. My, there certainly are a lot of people leaving comments, but I guess they are all very supportive of you. You are the Best, John (ha ha).

Anonymous said...

No vaccinations, John? Do you approve of polio and rubella now? These cause major disabilities, but of course the child would not be autistic, so perhaps that is ok. I think the problem here is ignorance, John. As you go off on your anti vaccination campaign you just show how dangerous you are.

I think your kid, autistic or not, is developing in spite of your horrific treatments and attitudes.

Who is this Any Mouse? You want people to take you seriously using a childish name like that? Go crawl back into your mouse hole you fool.

Anonymous said...

I quite like the name. You see, it is a slight alteration of the word "anonymous", meaning I am not only anonymous but that I could be potentially "any mouse at all". <:)>

Any more whitty quips from the peanut gallery, Mr. Anonymous?

Anonymous said...

Anyway, John best is still dangerous as he recommends treatments and advises people to avoid vaccinating their children. In fact, I believe what he does is illegal on so many levels. This blog is, in itself, a hate crime.

Anonymous said...

Very strange. Get a life.

Anonymous said...

Getting under your fur, are we "any mouse at all"?

Anonymous said...

Any rodent:

I think the problem here is your tiny rodent brain, obviously much smaller than an actual mouse's, as mice can actually learn by experience...LOL :)

You probably should change your name to - Any Rodent Shit. There would be some similarities now.

Who are you, the Mother Theresa of the mouse world? Get over yourself. John is much more anti-mercury than he is ant-vaccine. Get your mouse facts straight. A hate crime? Yeah... right. Look at your own mousey ND blogs.

You have some room to talk, really... one day your mom's cat will rip the guts out of you for being too stupid to realise you're not a worthless little mousey!

I would love to video that day!

"I quite like the name. You see, it is a slight alteration of the word "anonymous", meaning I am not only anonymous but that I could be potentially "any mouse at all"."

Stupid sod!

LoL

One day... idiot!

Any mouse is trying to tell us German Measles is more dangerous than autism. He/she/it is representative of the insanity of Neurodiversity.
What other lowlife would come here to insult me while I celebrate my son's progress?

Anonymous said...

No, don't misunderstand me. I celebrate your children's success and hope they can survive you.

Anyway, I criticised what John did with his child because he was the one who mentioned it. You are getting your posts and personas mixed up, John/Susan/Foresam/Jonsmum/Anonymous etc etc etc...

I am enjoying this foolishness.

Anonymous said...

Oooops. Titter tee hee. I made a mistake. I stand before you as a penitant man. Chastise me with a branch from a fresh green sappling, please.

Anonymous said...

Most decent people would not even bother with this foul blog and you sad people. It must mean I am not decent. This has become less than entertaining. I take my leave, my dear friends. Thank you for the diversion you have offered me. I know it is difficult, but try not to insult and abuse autistic people. When you do you are spitting on your own children.

Anonymous said...

And your foul spittle flies past me and hits your poor child. How will he/she feel when he/she is still autistic and discovers that you hate everything that he/she is?

Anonymous said...

How many Any Mouse's are there anyway? If there has been only on "Any Mouse" than it is interesting that this mouse went from:

I am enjoying this foolishness at 12:10 PM

to this:

This has become less than entertaining. at 12:19 PM

There is medication for that.

Buh bye, Mouse...
