Honest Politicians, Please Do Your Duty

The Constitution of the United States of America
We the people
of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article VI - Debts, Supremacy, Oaths
All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation.
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution; but no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.

Impeachment Impeachment, in the U.S. and Great Britain, proceeding by a legislature for the removal from office of a public official charged with misconduct in office. Impeachment comprises both the act of formulating the accusation and the resulting trial of the charges; it is frequently but erroneously taken to mean only the removal from office of an accused public official. An impeachment trial may result in either an acquittal or in a verdict of guilty. In the latter case the impeached official is removed from office; if the charges warrant such action, the official is also remanded to the proper authorities for trial before a court

In New Hampshire, all members of the legislature who voted against HCR 6 failed to uphold their oaths to support the Constitution. All members who did support the Constitution should now charge the others with misconduct and impeach them. Am I assuming too much to believe that those facing impeachment would not be allowed to vote? If so, the members who upheld the Constitution should be able to expel the rest on a quick voice vote.

The same reasoning should be used by all members of Congress who voted against HR 1388. By virtue of making ANY law that restricts assembly as HR 1388 did, the members of Congress who voted in favor of thus violating the Constitution violated their oaths to uphold it. Can this be anything but misconduct in office?

These minorities in New Hampshire and in Congress have their duty to We the People who established the Constitution. Members of all law enforcement organizations are duty bound to secure those blessings of liberty in support of the minority who upheld their oaths.

Domestic Enemies of the US Constitution (regardless of status or position, past or present) are those who manipulate the law or lawmakers to violate the principles of freedom, violate the Founder’s intent and remove their safeguards, distort, circumvent, or in any way threaten the US Constitution, minimize sovereignties, infringe upon state and individual rights, usurp authority, advance tyranny, or who provide immunity or pardons for such or assist in concealing or promoting this agenda.
