Wacko Planet Defends Amanda Baggs

I was reading an interesting thread on Wrong Planet about Amanda Baggs. It discussed how Baggs is malingering. As usual, Dave Seidel showed up to defend his wife's spokesmodel for Neuroinsanity. Alex Plank banned the person who started the discussion about the fat fraud, Baggs.

It looks like lunacy as usual for the Wrong Planet denizens. It wouldn't be good for Plank to allow the discussion to continue and further enumerate Baggs' fraud.

To see just how screwed up the founder of Wacko Planet is, you have to read this list of Ten Myths about Autism Debunked.

This kid Plank is so out to lunch with his alleged debunking of facts that someone should throw a net over him. And, he is one of the leaders of about 15,000 brain damaged people associated with Wrong Planet who could all benefit from a cure for autism and Asperger's.

Don't we have laws in the USA protecting brain damaged citizens from being preyed on by people like Alex Plank and Amanda Baggs? These two con artists are convincing people with diminished mental capacities to avoid treatments that can help them repair damaged brains. Who put these con artists up to this deranged propaganda? I think our Attorney General should begin investigating these two for fraud.

Who reads Wrong Planet? I'm ND but can't stand the place. why are you spending all your time on this stupid shit?

Oh let me guess, "because you need to expose the fraud". No, you read it because you have no life and live for this blog.

"If one has to be autistic at one point, then all toddlers who regressed from perfectly neurotypical development into low-functioning autism just faked it?"

You know ... he does have a point on this one ...

"People like you are why I was afraid to go to school as a child."

"Make no mistake, my brothers, they will draw first blood. They will force their cure upon us. There is only one question you must answer: Will you stand and fight? Or wait for the inevitable genocide?"

Works now more then ever, you are already talking about forcing your cure upon us and no doubt this process has already begun.

Oh ... and I think you might have missed this one ... they're calling attempts to eradicate autism "genocide":

I think you may blow an O-ring on that one ... :)

"And he was acknowledging that saying, "'you know what? You can't say what autism is. I might have autism, it might be an inch of autism where some people have a foot of autism and some people have a mile of autism. Or people have a millimeter of it. It doesn't really have meaning. It's just a word.'"

Axinar,
Yes, Nitwits for Freedom demands that you flunk a sanity test to gain admission.

Axinar,
Don't have HBO. At some point. a distinction is drawn between autism and Asperger's. The mental midgets with Asperger's can't understand that distinction.

If we can repair their brain damage, they will be happy.

Good grief, nobody at wrongplanet has a point. They are all delusional, hence the name of the site.

Ender, just relax and try and keep up with the news.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/david-kirby/the-next-big-autism-bomb_b_93627.html

That's all you need to do. Read and think a little bit for once, before accusing John of being a nazi. Oh, and isn't one of those lines from the X-men movie.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0376994/quotes

you just forgot the last part "Who will you stand with - the humans... or us?"

Typical aspie, can't even come up with something original, and claiming to be a different type of being. So what's your special power anyways?

Ender said...

I don't agree with what was said, just saying that no more then ever people have reason to say it. I also forgot the first part, that the extermination has already begun. Do you think that once we have prenatal testing anyone is going to allow their autistic son to exist? I highly doubt it... we will be extreminated left and right then.

I also really don't think I am a mutant, just different then normal humanity and I know that one day we will not be given the choice to be different. Sounds like the mutant solution to me.

John is a Nazi, he is not just talking about forcing the cure on low functioning autistics anymore. Aspies are smart enough and wise enough to make their own decisions, let us.

The problem with the whole mitocondrial thing is that no one knows how prevelant it is in autistics. Does John's son have it? Do I have it? No clue. For all we know now is one girl has it and was given "autism like symptoms" from vaccines. That is it. Even that website which seemed quite generous said it was only around 20%. So you might be able to assume that 20% of autistics have a mitochondrial dysfuction... but the difference between 20% and 100% is quite a bit. You can not EVER assume anything from one case though I am sure you still will :).

Even aspie kids don't want to be cured if Wyatt has anything to say about it. I know I know... they are all being brainwashed by their parents who love them no matter what they are. But maybe it is time we listen, kay?

Ender,
Thanks for expounding on Alex Plank's moronic opinions.
There can be no extermination by eugenics since autism is not genetic. The thing you missed about mitochondria problems becoming autism is that the victim must first be assaulted by vaccines to produce the autism.
You can call me a Nazi if you like. With your diminished mental capacity, I understand. If you are cured, you'll be thanking me for pointing out the lies of assholes like Alex Plank.

Ender,

The problem you have is typical of people with Asperger's. No ability to think abstractly. You clearly do not understand the implications of the mitochondiral dysfunction issue, and are not taking the time to even think about what it means.

What it means is this. Simply, there are environmental triggers for autism, and it is a medical condition that can be avoided or treated. That whole concept seems to have passed over your head, since it negates the entire wrongplanet and ND code. This is good news, actually, and you should be happy.

The other main thing that you are not thinking about is that in *prelimniary* studies, one pathway for autism causation was examined. Obviously, there are more, since there are kids who did not have mitochndrial dysfunction. They might have something else, but it will still be related to genetics and triggered by toxins. Another thing you should be happy about, since eventually there will be more work done to find out the other genetic predispositions.

Now lastly, the huge part that you may understand but are ignoring is the theory that genetic differences, like mitochondrial variations, are linked to higher intelligence, and that these genetic variations have been selected (in the biological sense) due to our cultures technological expansion. The variations would make for smart scientists, doctors, lawyers, etc. who may be physically more succeptible to disease but could flourish with improved living conditions in the 20th century. The bad side is that this group of people could not withstand the toxic overload of vaccines, mercury, peticides, plastics and assorted crap that assualt the system today.

Therefore the is NO incentive for a family with generations of scientists to use genetic testing to kill off offspring with "bad genes", since those "bad genes" are what made the rest of the older generations smart in the first place, and are only now being found to be more fragile to damage. The simple answer is to limit the damage - problem solved.

Alas, I don't think you will get this, since it flies in the face of everything your ND crew tells you, about how your aspergers makes you a smart, special being.

"There can be no extermination by eugenics since autism is not genetic."

Exactly!

John Best said...

Ender,
I will not allow you to discuss your child author here at all. It has nothing to do with the topic.
Virtually all autism is caused by the mercury in vaccines. Part of the reason we know this is because autism did not exist before thimerosal was invented. This mitochondria thing is just one more facet that has been discovered to explain the harm caused by mercury. Without adding mercury into the equation, it is highly likely that the mitochondrial condition never would have caused a problem in any human being. That means the main problem is the thimerosal. Comprende?

John Best said...

Ender said...
Somebody else brought up mitochondrial problems being the cause of all autism (I believe it was you) yet scientists are putting that at 20%. I have no problem with saying that mitochondrial problems + mercury= autism, my problem comes with saying that happens 100% of the time. Please read what I have to say. Other then that you have nothing so stop saying 20%=100% that is really annoying.

Anonymous said...

Just wait-they will find out the mercury caused the mitochondrial problems that led to the autism.

Anonymous said...

anon,

They already know mercury causes dysfunction in mitichondria. What researchers are now looking at is the genetic variability in function - benign differences - that are more sensitive to damage and are the reason for smart families having autism crop up in later generations.

The thing that nobody at the CDC ever counted on was having an epidemic that affected educated families, people who work in the sciences and in law, people who have voices that can cost them their jobs. It's real easy to herd the poor into a court at gunpoint for forced vaccination, but its a different story when the people have money, education, and ties to government.

Ender is not going to realize this since he is incapable of critical thought. It's not his fault though. Let's just hope that he has caregivers that can help him out.

Judith the gullible from Autismville is promoting CNN's autism awareness programming (which, of course, includes nothing about vaccine damage) and includes in her post the wonderful Amanda Baggs show with Sanjay Gupta. Man, this woman is pathetic. Maybe someone should clue her in about Amanda.

"No ability to think abstractly."

Yeah. That's why there are amazing artists, writers, poets and so on who are diagnosed with aspergers syndrome................

John Best said...

Yuh, self diagnosed to try to make themselves look like something special...con artists is more like it.

Yeah. That's why there are amazing artists, writers, poets and so on who are diagnosed with aspergers syndrome................

Really?
Who are they?
And don't start listing Einstein and Jane Austen who were never diagnosed with anything. You wrote diagnosed. Who?

John Best said...

Ender,
The topic is Alex Plank's stupidity and Amanda Baggs' fraud. If you can stay on topic, I'll let you post.
Do you think Alex is really as dumb as he looks?

Ender said...

So basically other people can go off-topic and ask questions that I am not allowed to answer.

John Best said...

Ender,
Correct.

First of all, the aspie creeps who express their extreme views aren't really suffering from stupidity. I believe they're just lying through their teeth with selfish intent. They seem to rely on their reputations of high intellect to gain attention and consideration for their views.
I don't see how someone really mentally impaired would hold such anti-cure/therapy views which would be against their own interests. Sure some of those aspies now try to highlight some dubious problems of theirs (like not knowing when to eat and being a slob), because it is now well known that they have so much more ability than the low functioning, and don't face such inabilities. They know the distinctions, but try to justify their vicious intentions by making believe that everyone on the spectrum is part of one harmonious people.

Anyone else find it ironic that John makes it hard for someone else to argue with them on his blog the same week that he complains about having his first amendment rights blocked on another companies service.

John Best said...

Ender,
It's very simple to argue with me. State your name like an adult and stay on topic.

Since what I have to say is the truth, you will always be wrong by arguing with me but, if you follow those two simple rules you are welcome to try.

You're a loser. Although I don't agree with wrongplanet about a lot, you're full of shitty propaganda. This blog should be shut down by the government.
